German is the language of Einstein, Mozart and Carl Benz. It ranges among the 10 mostly spoken languages in the world. To know German is essential for making Karlsruhe your home away from home. Not only in daily life, but also in regard to your international career: language skills will figuratively open doors for you. Therefore, Carl Benz School offers optional German courses as part of the curriculum!
The DaF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) language courses are structured according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and are widely accepted.
Which skill levels are provided ?
- You may choose from courses of levels A1, A2, B1 and B2.
How are the courses structured?
- One lesson of 90 minutes, twice a week
- Approximately 4 - 6 semesters
When does it start?
- The courses begin in the first week of the semester
