German Language Course
To know German is essential for making Karlsruhe your home away from home. Not only in daily life, but also in regard to your international career: language skills will figuratively open doors for you. Therefore, Carl Benz School offers optional German courses as part of the curriculum!
The DaF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) language courses are structured according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and are widely accepted.
Which skill levels are provided?
You may choose from courses of levels A1, A2, B1 and B2. Courses of level C1 are also offered if required.
How are the courses structued?
There is one lesson of 90 minutes and twice a week. CBS students take German courses approximately 4-6 semesters.
When does it start?
The courses begin in the first week of the semester.

- A1.2: Tuesdays 2-3:30 pm, Thursdays 10-11:30 am
- A2.2: Tuesdays 12pm -1:30 pm, Wednesdays 12-1:30 pm
- B1.2: Wednesdays 8-9:30 am, Fridays 8-9:30 am
- B2.2: Tuesdays 8-9:30 am, Thursdays 12-1:30 pm

The German Courses are held according to schedule twice a week live on MS Teams. If you can only attend one of the two dates, please do not register.
Consultation Hour
The consultation hour takes place by appointment on MS Teams or in the office.
