MEI / CBS College Program Award

We are awarding four stipends of €2,500 each (disbursed in two installments over Winter Semester 2025/26 and Summer Semester 2026) to outstanding students currently enrolled in the CBS College Program.

We are pleased to announce the CBS College Program/Research Talent Challenge, recognizing academic achievement and dedication to fostering intercultural environments and engagement in the CBS community.

Criteria:

  • Demonstrated academic progress (ECTS credits)
  • Strong academic performance (GPA)
  • Active and sustained engagement with the CBS College Program and the Mechanical Engineering International (MEI) degree program, as demonstrated by previous participation in CBS College Program activities and events

Stipend recipients are expected to take on a visible and engaged role within the CBS College Program community over the course of two semesters. This includes representing the program in ways that feel authentic and aligned with their individual interests and strengths. Possible forms of engagement include:

  • Participating in online information sessions for prospective students
  • Being available for informal peer-to-peer contact with prospective applicants from their home region
  • Speaking with school counselors or taking part in education fairs while visiting their home country
  • Being featured (photo, video, or interview) on the CBS College Program website and social media channels

This role is designed to be flexible and low-threshold. Contributions can be tailored to your availability, language skills, and preferred communication style. You will not act as an official representative of KIT or MEI, but rather as an engaged and proactive member of the CBS College Program community who contributes to its visibility, vitality, and growth.

Application Deadline: September 15th, 2025

Receipients will be notified by October 15th, 2025
