The registration for the Pre-Semester 2025 opens as soon as the admission letters have been sent out.

Please fill in the registration form below to register for the Pre-Semester at the Carl Benz School of Engineering in Karlsruhe, Germany. 
If you are not participating in the Pre-Semester but are part of the College Program, please also indicate your room request below 

Move-In Days Pre-Semester: July 30th, 2025

Start of Lectures Pre-Semester: July 31^st, 2025

End of Lectures Pre-Semester: September 5^th, 2025

The costs for the Pre-Semester include lectures, extra tutorials, teaching materials, exam fees, events & excursions.

Housing during Pre-Semester:  Limited places are available in the International Department dormitory. Accommodation will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis upon a timely return of the dormitory contract.
Only with both a signed Housing Agreement and the College Program Contract
is residence in the ID dormitory secured for both the Pre-Semester period and beyond. 

In the case that there are no vacancies at the International Department, we can provide you with recommended accommodations in Karlsruhe. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Important information: Please start the visa application process as soon as you have received the letter of admission.

Pre-Semester Housing contracts are valid from July 31^st, 2025 (Move-in date: July 30^th) until September 30_^th, 2025. For students who need to take a possible retake examination scheduled from October 7-10^th, housing may be provided based on availability.

Please note, if you complete the registration form by June 20^th and payment is received by June 30^th, 2025, you will automatically receive an early-bird discount.
